Tuesday Morning Training
This Four Week Program Begins Tuesday January 8th, 2008 9:00 am to 10:30 am.
Itinerary: Doors open at 8:50 am, class starts promptly at 9:00 am, and consists of 15 minutes of warm-up, 15 minutes of Ne Waza Drills, 15 minutes of Tachi Waza Drills, and 15 minutes of conditioning. There is an informal bow out at 10:00 am for those who need to leave early to get to work etc., followed by approximately 20 minutes of either standing, or combined standing/ground work Randori.
Prerequisites: To attend you must have completed a minimum of 8 regular Classes, either Thursday night, and or Saturday morning.
Program may be renewed based on participation.
