Guiness Book of World records 

I don't even remember what I was doing that took me to the site, but there is a Judo entry in the Guiness Book of World records. Japan's Yasuhiro Yamashita (b. 1 Jun 1957), won nine consecutive Japanese titles 1977–85, won five world and Olympic titles; Over 95 kg 1979, 1981 and 1983, Open 1981, and the Olympic Open category in 1984. He retired undefeated after 203 successive wins, 1977–85. David Douillet has also won five world and Olympic titles; Over 95kg 1993, 1995, 1997 and Open 1995, and the Olympic Over 95kg, 1996.
